The brief was a polished modern composition that took elements of the original The One in a more aromatic woody direction with cardamom-tobacco-vetiver structure. Where the original The One reads as warm oriental floral feminine, The Only One pulls into aromatic woody territory with more grown-up confident character. Our interpretation respects the polished character.

How It Smells

The opening is bright and slightly bitter, bergamot leading with its sparkling citrus character, grapefruit adding a juicy bittersweet citrus edge, and a quiet aromatic brightness threading through the early phase. Within fifteen minutes the heart unfolds the perfume’s signature aromatic accord: cardamom takes a leading spicy role, coriander adds a quiet aromatic herbal nuance, lavender contributes its trademark herbal polished character, geranium provides a green floral support, and a soft aromatic continues threading through the middle.
