Pour Homme, inspired by Moncler Pour Homme (2021)

Moncler set out to evoke a mountain forest, and the scent stays close to that picture. Clary sage and a green accord give the start a herbal coolness. Cypress and cedarwood then form a dry, coniferous middle. Vetiver and the house's Mountain Woods accord carry it into a woody drydown.

About the original

Moncler Pour Homme was one of the brand's first two fragrances, launched in October 2021 with Moncler pour Femme and produced under licence by Interparfums. It is credited to Antoine Maisondieu and Christophe Raynaud. The original came in a 150 ml bottle fitted with an LED screen that shows messages set through an app, with refills sold separately. It is separate from Moncler's later Les Sommets collection.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Moncler stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Fans of conifer and vetiver scents will recognise the territory quickly. Reviews describe it as crisp and cool, and there is no gourmand note to soften it. Buyers after a cosy or ambery fragrance will find it austere.

No. Les Sommets is a later Moncler collection; Pour Homme belongs to the brand's first fragrance launch in 2021.
