One Umbrella For Two, inspired by Floraïku One Umbrella for Two (2017)

Blackcurrant opens tart and fruity, with cyclamen adding a watery, slightly green floral note. Genmaicha, a Japanese green tea blended with roasted rice, then gives the scent its toasted, cereal-like depth. The sweetness is gentle, closer to a bakery smell than to sugar or caramel. Cedar and white musk keep the finish clean and quiet.

About the original

Alienor Massenet created One Umbrella for Two for Floraïku in 2017. The name refers to aiai-gasa, the Japanese tradition of two people sharing an umbrella as a sign of affection. It first appeared in the brand's Secret Teas and Spices collection and has since moved into one of the brand's core collections. Floraïku's own notes add vanilla and puffed rice, and place cyclamen alongside the tea in the heart.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Floraïku stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Its texture is airy and comforting rather than rich or dense. The fruit-and-pastry effect is noticeable, so it can seem too sweet to someone who avoids foody notes. It is sold as unisex and wears that way.
