Wind Flowers
49,00 €
Creed’s soft gourmand floral feminine. Peach and orange blossom into jasmine, tuberose and praline, on a clean musk base. Rebuilt at 40 percent perfume oil. Made in the EU.
The Gourmand Floral Breeze
Wind Flowers is one of Creed’s softer feminine compositions, built around peach and orange blossom at the opening, jasmine, tuberose and praline at the heart, and a clean musk base. The brief was a feminine composition where florals meet a quiet gourmand thread, designed to express a soft sensual character that distinguishes it from typical white floral feminines. Where most Creed feminines lean either luminous bright (Spring Flower, Love in White) or confident classical (Fantasia de Fleurs), Wind Flowers occupies a softer gourmand floral middle ground. Our interpretation respects the gentle character.
How It Smells
The opening is soft and slightly sweet, peach leading with its juicy stone fruit warmth, orange blossom adding a honeyed white floral support, and a quiet floral edge threading through the early phase. Within fifteen minutes the heart unfolds: jasmine takes a leading role with its creamy white floral character, tuberose adds heady creamy floral depth, praline contributes a quiet warm gourmand nuance (the caramelised almond accord) that distinguishes Wind Flowers from typical white floral compositions, and a soft floral nuance threads through the middle. The base is the perfume’s polished anchor. Musk smooths the drydown, and a quiet woody character grounds the finish. The overall impression is soft gourmand floral luxury, polished and sensual in the Creed tradition.
The Notes
Top: peach, orange blossom.
Heart: jasmine, tuberose, praline.
Base: musk.
How Our Version Compares
Gourmand floral compositions like Wind Flowers reward concentration because the praline-tuberose-jasmine interplay needs density to develop with depth. Our European Union production at 40 percent perfume oil concentration handles the composition well, with the peach orange blossom opening sparkling cleanly, the jasmine tuberose praline heart holding through the wearing, and the musk drydown lasting well into the next day on clothing.
Common Questions
Is it really gourmand?
Subtly. The praline at the heart provides a quiet warm caramelised almond character that adds gourmand depth without dominating. Wind Flowers reads as polished floral with a gourmand thread rather than overtly dessert-sweet.
How does it compare to other Creed feminines?
Softer and more gourmand than typical. Less luminous than Spring Flower, less classical than Fantasia de Fleurs, less bright than Love in White. Wind Flowers occupies the soft sensual floral territory with a quiet gourmand thread.
Best season?
Spring and autumn especially, when the soft floral gourmand character reads at its best. Year round wear is fine; the praline base keeps it warm enough for cooler weather and the floral heart keeps it light enough for warmer days.
How long does it last?
Seven to nine hours at our concentration, with the praline musk drydown lingering on clothing into the next day. The 40 percent oil approach extends the wearing significantly.
