Rose d’Arabie was conceived as part of a collection of three fragrances (Oud Royal, Ambre Orient, and Rose d’Arabie) designed specifically for the Middle Eastern market and inspired by the medieval Arabic tales of 1001 Nights. The Damascus rose, called by Armani the most beautiful of all roses, is the centerpiece. Spiced with saffron at the opening and developed with patchouli and dark woods in the heart, it unfolds into sensual harmonies of golden amber.
