The Story Behind the Scent

Sauvage launched in 2015, composed by Francois Demachy as Dior’s interpretation of wide-open spaces, a fresh spicy scent built around Calabrian bergamot, Sichuan and pink pepper, a lavender, geranium and vetiver heart, and a powerful Ambroxan, cedar and labdanum base. It became one of the best selling masculines in the world.

Our interpretation rebuilds Sauvage at 40 percent perfume oil so the fresh peppery opening and the powerful ambroxan base project and last well on skin.

How Our Version Compares to the Original

The original is a luxury eau de parfum sold at high pricing. We build ours at a high perfume oil concentration and sell direct, so you get the same character for a fraction of the price.
