Toy 2 Bubble Gum, inspired by Moschino Toy 2 Bubble Gum (2021)

The first spray is a cartoon of pink chewing gum, built from candied citrus, orange, lemon and blackcurrant. That gum effect is the headline, and it fades fairly quickly. What follows is rose and peach, with ginger and cinnamon adding a gentle spice that stops it feeling flat. Cedarwood, musk and Ambrofix (a clean, ambery woody molecule) form the base.

About the original

Moschino released Toy 2 Bubble Gum in 2021 as a flanker of Toy 2, the 2018 eau de parfum in the teddy-bear bottle, this time with the bear in pink. Moschino frames it around candied citrus and a bubble gum accord. The flanker is still sold by Moschino Beauty.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Moschino stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

People who like a scent with a sense of humour will enjoy this one, and it sits well with casual outfits. The gum opening is literal and very pink; people who find candy notes childish should probably skip it.

Bubble Gum (2021) is a flanker of Toy 2 (2018) built around a candied bubble gum and citrus opening and a rose and peach heart. It is a separate fragrance, and we make both.

Does it really smell like bubble gum?

At first, yes. The gum effect is strongest in the opening and then gives way to rose, peach and musk.
