Feu de Bois (Wood Fire) is a Diptyque home fragrance, sold as a scented candle in several sizes, with a refill and a taper candle in the range. In the brand's words it is resinous and warm, portraying the dense, smoky notes of logs slowly burning. There is no Diptyque perfume of this name. Our product is a wearable perfume inspired by the scent of that candle, not a candle itself.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Diptyque stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Smoke is the whole point, so it suits wearers who enjoy campfire, incense or burnt-wood notes. Diptyque gives the candle no gender positioning, and the scent works equally for anyone. A buyer hoping for a clean or sweet woody perfume will find it too smoky.
